I get magnesium glycinate powder. I never have a bad reaction to it. Some magnesium supps are supposed to loosen your bowels too much. But this should be good for the constipated.

The mag glycinate I bought last month >>>>> https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00F7OZJQ4?ref=nb_sb_ss_w_as-reorder-t1_k1_1_31&=&crid=3HICASXA35IHG&=&sprefix=magnesium+glycinate+powder+bulk

I take 20000 D3 daily. My bad ear is now hearing improved. To balance high D2 intake, say 10000 units, you should also take K2/ which is fat soluble same as D3. To counter the calcium precipitation that you get with high dose D3. __________D3 and K2 are best taken with a meal that has animal or vegetable fats. To maximize absorption.

There is a Brazilian Dr. Cicero Galli Coimbra/ invented the Coimbra vitamin D protocol/ who puts people on 50-100 thousand D3 IU units daily.

For serious problems such as Multiple Sclerosis. He pooh-poohs K2 and says that magnesium is more effective at such high D3 doses. To balance out the calcium precipitation of D3

#### And I believe him. This Doc. Research his name for more details
