My daughter lives in a sorority house at OSU across the street from the frat house where this guy lived. Word is he was alive and doing okay when they got him to the hospital in Mexico, then he died. And the story was, he was trying to get the other persons phone- not an ID.
Also don’t know about the jumping from one balcony to the other balcony. Word was he took a step and whatever he stepped on gave way
