That’s what I read also. Stepped on plexiglass, it gave way, no jumping involved, probably didn’t seem THAT risky.
Most likely experienced a traumatic brain injury. Later brain swelling kills them.

As i said previously- my daughter goes to OSU and while she didn’t know this young man personally- she knows his friends and lives not far from the frat house she lived in.
Both she and my wife, who frequents OSU facebook pages, say the word is he was not in bad condition and they thought he was going to make it but “surprisingly” died in the hospital. Granted I don’t know all the details but thus far it looks like malfeasance on the part of the Mexicans.
