Rand has had a decade, and several different presidents to stop this insanity of undeclared wars. He has chosen to not impeach each of those presidents.

He's had years to start a movement that way and to defend such actions. He had years just to rally the troops to stop obama. Failed. He didn't get Trump to pull troops out. That one is weird though, because Trump was lied to about getting the men home. That one is especially bad, and has been swept under the table. A truly treacherous action where the executive branch was lied to, and Rand and crew won't hold such lies accountable. Even Trump doesn't mention it.
