Unless the bank knew that he was engaged in illegal activities and that it did *not* file all reports that might have been required by the government regarding someone like him I don't see how it can be sued.

Of course "deep pockets" are always targets of slimy lawyers.

Our “justice system” is set up by lawyers, run by lawyers, and primarily benefits lawyers. Also, any unethical or illegal behavior is also overseen by lawyers. Quite the sweet deal if you’re an attorney with low standards.

JP kept doing business with him for years after he became a known sex offender and Deutsche started 5 years after this public record was created.

Since 2003, any place that handles cash has to perform something called “Customer Due Diligence”. Its to make sure you don’t become Osama’s banker. His soliciting for prostitution GUILTY PLEA should have knocked him out of the box for any decent bank or credit union.
