I was talking to a buddy in AZ this morning. He said that lake Powell is up from its low point, but it still is down dramatically from ten years ago.

I’m trying to imagine the amount of snow on millions of Rocky Mountain acres, then the snow runoff, yet Lake Meade will be or is still low?
