This is another bullshit anti fat study. Notice in the puddings, they reduced the fat in the “reduced calorie” pudding but not the sugar.
They never did a low carb, high fat version to test. It’s carbs that make you crave carbs.
Fat without carbs will satiate you and reduce your appetite.
That is how it works for me.
Basic really low carb shifts me back to eating what helps me lose weight while not feeling starvation.
Adding small simple carbs later can be beneficial until you start eating too many.
Then you gain some weight and have to start the cycle again.
It’s been good and bad.
