It sounds as though LtCol Schilling is a groomer. He immediately activated his network to go after this lady and you'll note that no one so far has mentioned if Schilling himself has any kids in this school. If he doesn't, that's another red flag.

I spent part of my time as a Marine Officer assigned to the IG investigating these rings and their influence. Our most infamous was the "Lesbian Mafia" of the late 90s: senior female Marines were grooming the young female Marines - and those that went along were promoted, got good marks for conduct and got good postings.
