My favorite doctor was black...until Obamacare mandated my insurance drop him. This was back when everybody feared the mandates would be enforced.

Another thing about the Dims' knew stupid idea that every doctor must be the same race as the patient. Doesn't this mean that black doctors have less access to high income patients?
