In this context, "ghetto" has nothing to do with economics or wealth. These Spring breakers are nearly ALL "GHETTO", the black AND the white ones OR ELSE THEY WOULDN'T BE ON THE BEACH TWERKING and listening to (C)RAP music NOISE.

The LOWEST common denominator is what these Spring breakers look up to and attempt to emulate.
