In my experience, that isn't true. Some will but many won't. Women do, however, get turned off by guys who try to overcompensate or who try too hard.

That is generally correct.

As a short young man I learned that the hard way.

They would always ignore me—at first.

But—I had the kind of personality that loved difficult challenges.

I learned many “tricks”. One was that I didn’t need to persuade “most women” to pay attention to me.

I only needed to persuade one.

I married a very attractive woman—and then women started paying attention to me—wondering how I did it.
