I agree with your sarcastic remark, however, due to the system we established in better times, rightful and honorable justice sometimes accidentally occurs. That, and we must work with the situation we are in, not the situation we wish we were in.
The reason to have the “arrested” in prison still.. to put the fear in anyone who might try to resist!
