Let’s talk about Stanford’s law students

At Stanford Law, today’s students are not being taught that it is their fiduciary and constitutional duty to listen to the other side, even if that means they will be unable to understand and intelligently counter an opponent’s arguments as part of defending their client. They also don’t understand that our legal system works only if this willingness to listen goes both ways—that is, the opposition will listen to their words, not to agree, but to offer the best challenge possible for his or her client. If you won’t listen, you are failing your own (potential) client.

Instead, Stanford’s Red Guard students are learning the lesson of all tyrants: Silence the opposition.

One other thing to remember about these Stanford students: like all bullies, they are also cowards. Aaron Sibarium, who wrote about them for the Free Beacon, had to school these future lawyers about free speech and the public square:

Note to self: Never hire an attorney with a degree from Stanford.

From this ‘era’, I don’t think these graduates will ever be able to serve as lawyers in any setting. So they are pursuing a degree, which gives them a fair amount of debt, and other than activist work, they are worthless.

The professors who’ve sold them this agenda, the path, and the lack of a future? They probably need to be relieved/dismissed.

I think it is so incredibly funny that these idiots students now want anonymity, don’t want their names published with what they did. But now they realize their careers were limited by their actions. Tough luck!

You can’t “educate” Marxists, fools or the mentally impaired, but you don’t have to hire them.

This is the recipe for creating a class of disgruntled revolutionaries. This sham law school must be discredited and shut down.

5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S. Circuit Judge James Ho, last week urged other judges to boycott hiring clerks from Yale, which he said was plagued by “cancel culture.”

This how you punish Stamford’s Red Guard.

9. The National Lawyers Guild was the Soviet Union’s first Communist Party legal front in the US as an adjunct to their worldwide legal fronts network of the International Red Aid organization, which became the International Association of Democratic Lawyers (IADL).

Rep. Bella Abzug (D-NY) was one of their members in the US in the 1940s. Both she and her husband Martin Abzug were reportedly secret members of the Communist Party USA but the document with this information cannot be found in the National Archives (despite having been seen by one of Congress’s top researchers).

The CPUSA set up another legal front in the 1960s entitled The National Emergency Civil Liberties Committee (NECLC). Then the NLG created a more modern front called the Center for Constitution Rights (CCR) in order to attract younger MARXIST and radical lawyers.

Same leaders, same goals,i.e. to use the courts and the Constitution to destroy both in order to undermine democracy in the US.
