His lawyer(s) will probably advise him to surrender in NY City. Not really any way to fight extradition if all the paperwork is done correctly. And no, DeSantis can’t stop it. A few Governors were able to halt extradition in rare circumstances in the past, but the Supreme Court shut that down decades ago.
Trump has a history of being unpredictable.
Either way, this is going to be a huge win for Trump.
