They were talking about putting nato weapons right on the border with Russia.

NATO weapons didn't need to be on the border with Russia, since, NATO weapons can be effective from hundreds, if not thousands of miles away. If NATO weapons are Putin's escuse for invading Ukraine, then, it's a phony excuse, and he was looking to invade anyway.

However, the result of the invasion is that NATO weapons are now close to Russia, since those weapons being used by Ukraine are from NATO and the U.S. Invasion backfired! Big Time!

The only good part of all of this, is when Putin loses his war Russia will 'clean house' of all his propagandists.

I am not a big fan of all these drone videos showing Russian soldiers dying after being hit by grenade from the drone, yet I will watch every single video of these cretins spasming out on the ground after taking a bullet to the back of the head.

There's the line that governing China is liking riding a tiger, you can't get off otherwise the tiger will eat you. Russia is much the same with the exception that they are by and large sadists who take pleasure in the pain of others in their charge, and they will tape themselves doing so.

The merciful deaths will be those who are shot.

“NATO weapons didn’t need to be on the border with Russia”

Perhaps then they should have agreed to what Putin was asking for and NATO would not be in this quagmire.
