YES, Oddly social media was originally thought by many to be a huge plus for conservatism.
One prominent conservative (a name escapes me now) even wrote a fairly big piece on how the internet with social connections would destroy communism and the radical left. He said it would circumvent the choke hold of Fake news and allow everyone to share true idea, to organize.
Not sure how he got it so horribly wrong. My guess is he couldn’t foresee the diabolical spell it would have on young people to get likes and perceived social acceptance. That they would change literally their own sex to conform to the group mentality it has caused.

Yes, it has made it much easier to organize, and the left has proven to be infinitely better at using it for that purpose than conservatives.
It’s in the nature of the beast. Leftists are genetically more predisposed to collectivism, whereas conservatives tend to be more individualistic.
So, social media, which definitely facilitates organizing, is taylor made for social-lists and collectivist.
And especially feminists, since women are more of “social” animals than men.
