I think you mean confusing the US for the USSR. Because the USA certainly does not have show trials or gulags.
After the censorship, social media bans, doxxing, and harassment that went on during the scamdemic, and is still going on, much of it coordinated by the government, you actually believe what you said? What would make war any different? Our government censored a lot during WWII.
I watched Tucker’s little ditty about the Russian Orthodox Church being booted out of Ukraine. He spoke not one word on the hundred year history of KGB/FSB infiltration of that church and the legitimate reasons Ukraine has to kick those foreign nationals and Quislings out. Tucker isn’t an idiot. He knows history and constantly lies by omission. Time and again he withholds information from his viewers to shape his chosen narrative.
This is destructive to the future conservatism. Conservatives are supposed to be in the truth business and leave the lying to Democrats. But the truth doesn’t make money for Tucker in this case, obviously.
