A war would be better than the pandemic in clamping down on civil liberties like 1A and 2A that are a threat to the democRATs.

If you hadn't noticed, our rights were steadily decreasing long before the scamdemic hit our shores. The country could not survive a full-blown out war against Russia, China, Iran, and whoever might toss their hat into the ring. We couldn't survive a war militarily, physically, or economically. This isn't WWII. There are no Eisenhowers, McAuliffes, or Pattons to lead the troops, and there's a potato in the White House.
