The statues run for 2 years & can be extended for 5 yrs if felony is involved ( heard on tv either turley or jarrett?)

wondering if they will argue that the statute of limitations was suspended until Pres. Trump was no longer in office...using the Mueller report as the authority ? It’s what I would do.
