It’s been speculated previously that Cohen made a sex video privately with Stormy and this is what the NDA was about, thus why his money and why (HE TOLD HIS ATTORNEY) he didn’t want his wife to know about it. I noted on Monday that Bragg had to produce on Tuesday or he is done. Trump’s play calling for his own arrest on Tuesday was absolute Shakespearean theatre. Especially in view of the Cohen letter above one has to wonder how long Bragg will burn while flaming his way to ground. While it has to be aggravating to Trump maybe he should put Bragg on his payroll since he’s done an excellent job toward getting Trump re-elected.

Normally, the attorney for the government arranges for the appearance of witnesses before a grand jury. He suggests the order in which they should be called and takes part in questioning them. Grand jury witnesses usually appear under subpoena and, although the subpoenas may be issued and served at the request of the grand jury itself, the attorney for the government ordinarily “fills in the blanks” on a grand jury subpoena and arranges the case to be presented to them.
So who exactly called Robert Costello to testify before the NY Grand Jury? Alvin Bragg? Why would he sabotage his own “case” by calling the one witness who would do just that? If the grand jury itself demanded to speak to Costello, how did they know he existed and had relevant information? Something is hinky here. Did President Trump orchestrate this whole thing?
