With all the sweat, unexpected poops and pee on the floors and beds, it’s a matter
of time before these people go berzerk and prefer death to what they suffer and
want their freedom. They will revolt. A lot of them will get killed but they greatly
outnumber the guards. Once they get their hands on the long guns, the guards
will be eliminated.
Would be better to drop them on an uninhabited island for life and let them
fend for themselves or eliminate each other.
If they revolt they will be shot in mass. They wont revolt, if you use enough force people comply.

Yes, that’s exactly what I see coming, too. Then 40,000 of the worst of the worst will be on the loose, madder than hell.
