All three of these people have prior criminal histories.

How much crime is committed by career criminals? How much could crime be reduced , if the career criminals were taken off the streets , and spent more time Behind Bars?

Soros helping elect progressive District Attorneys has a lot to do with the increased crime. Low or no bail policies, and electronic monitoring programs instituted by these District Attorneys are keeping the criminals on the street to reoffend.

If major cities would imprison the top 200 repeat criminals that roam their streets robbing, stealing, and assaulting people, knowing that they are “untouchable”, the crime rates would decrease dramatically.

Instead, judges release them for “monitored” release which actually means “just carry on with your actions”. Things are going to get a lot worse and who knows if they will ever get better.
