I like the Satan Met a Lady version, and the first version was pre-code, so they get away with more lurid and sexual material, and they come out and mention the homosexuality.

Very true about the original film!

I am a BIG fan of pre-code movies; many of which are excellent.

Not a big fan of SATAN WAS A LADY, though I AM a gigantic fan of Bette Davis and have seen every single movie she was ever in...from the first through the very last one.
