In my humble opinion, the injustice system has reached escape velocity.
The trial in question should be dismissed, all Jan 6th prisoners released, and those sentenced should have their sentence commuted nullified thrown out etc.
The Judge should be neutered. Can you imagine being a lawyer for the defense in such a court?

If the defense returns or destroys that Excel spreadsheet, that effectively will result in a conviction of their clients. And without the evidence contained in the spreadsheet, they most likely won’t be granted an appeal.
Surely there has to be a way to preserve that evidence and refuse to return the documents from a legal standpoint.
You don’t have to be a genius or a conspiracy theorist to believe that if the FBI/DOJ has done this here, that they’ve done it (and are doing it) elsewhere.
And getting away with it . . .
The FBI has become a secret police for the Democrats. It is time to defund and disband the FBI.
This should trigger an immediate freeze of ALL court cases where the FBI provides evidence. And possible revision of the case to exclude the 'tainted, unless specifically cleared' evidence.
The corruption of these judges is more than just ideological.
To get this level of extrajudicial and arbitrary rulings, there have to be other, external, incentives — or sanctions — at work.
Ms. Kelly ends her article on a hopeful note, writing that the American public will eventually rise up to hold the shameless judges and prosecutors accountable.
HOw? When? I doubt it because there really isn’t any functional way for the public to do this, absent another Jan. 6, and no one has the stomach for another “insurrection.”
1) Toss the case with prejudice.
2) Impeach Judge Kelly, throw him off the bench, strip him of immunity for civil damages, and review all his cases for corrupt practices and violations of defendants’ rights.
3) Fire all FBI and other personnel involved in the systematic violation of civil rights.
This PROOF of corruption should be headline news on all media. Those that don’t report it are ENEMIES of America. We already know that. Let’s join in prayer that knowledge of this proof of corruption be spread far and wide and totally grieve the population of the USA to ACTION.
