Not an alcohol drinker myself, but generally bar burgers are great, and if there's live music... I found that a lot of bars (I mean bars that are primarily bars) have good food that is reasonably priced, in order to keep people around to drink (which is their main revenue).
So I'm a non-drinker who likes eating at bars.
