I'll assume that you were being facetious, for the sake of humor.
You have probably spent max. 0.05% of your life on the dance floor. The other 99.95% of your life was spent elsewhere (albeit also sleeping or on your knees scrubbing the floor, etc. - but you get my point).
For most social settings / being seen in public with your mate, the extra social status-enhancing "cachet" you would enjoy having a tall husband would more than make up for the awkward dancing configuration.
