These are all baseball players who would play at least 81 games a year in Veterans Stadium in Philly. It funny that the Reds, Cardinals, Expos, Mariners, and Astros and a few more also played on artificial turf and they don’t seem to have this cancer problem.

Houston Astros played in a dome so it was climate controlled. Hot, humid summers in Philly so maybe there's something related to that.

The Vet Turf was the worst. It was literally like playing on Concrete . It also had ungodly seems at the Bases that destroyed Football Players.(I saw a Chicago Bears Player blow out both knees in 1993)
