The document in the photo has very poor reproduction of the writing. A simple enhancement of the contrast and levels would have been what's needed. I was hoping the "Download" would have had improvements. No way was I going for a subscription through Paypale for "Download."

I managed to get a better image by copying it to Microsoft Paint and putting the image into Photo Shop. To get more control of that image, I put it into Microsoft Word. Now I can move it around and enlarge the areas of interest.

Both parents were listed on the document with their birth places. I can recognize the words Nyang’oma Kogelo for Barack Senior’s birth place. The province I looked up and it matches the lettering for “Nyanza.” The name of the General Hospital of Barack’s birth is still unreadable. It looks like Ann’s child took Barack Sr’s name.
