Exactly. Jesus was talking about not being a hypocrite, where you are judging your brother yet have much greater sin in your own life. This verse is misused constantly by people who want to absolve themselves of the responsibility to make any moral judgments at all. It’s led directly to the “live and let live” moral laziness that underpins the cultural rot that is everywhere today.
