I agree that it may be a civilizational mistake for women to defer having kids in favor of career and material benefits. What worked throughout history, was for a girl to marry young, to an older man who was able to support her.

Looking back on it I never should have married at 20. I was not a great dad at early 20s while my wife only 18 fit into motherhood like a duck first going into water.
I should have married at 30 (even 35) to an 18 year old….I would have appreciated my children like I do my grandchildren now. And I probably would have cherished my wife more as well in her role.
