Hmm, need to think on this one. I generally favor the rights of two fully competent and able bodied adults choices. I can see though where some things should not be solely allowed under the concept of consent. The question I think becomes where can a line be drawn?
I am with you, but on the specific example of Cosby, the argument given is ridiculous. Cosby wanted to drug and rape the specific women he did, not just some random hooker. Having sex with a prostitute is a crime everywhere except Nevada, but it is certainly a much less serious offense than drugging and raping a woman. If Cosby was willing to commit a felony to get off, why would he not be willing to commit a lesser crime to do so?
