Well now there's a problem.
Tucker has released video that pretty-much blows a hole in the entire January 6th narrative. In fact, it blows it up, sets it alight and watches it burn to ash.
This is a serious problem for a number of reasons, not the least of which is the number of people sitting in prison -- or convicted on connived, false claims with no ability for their defense to access the evidence proving that in many cases they were escorted.
At worst most of these people are guilty of trespass, but even there you likely can't make it stick as trespass is voided if you're invited or chaperoned, and its quite clear that at least in some cases -- they are.
There's another problem too: The Brady decision by the USSC makes clear that the prosecution must turn over all evidence they have which exculpates a defendant. It's not optional and it dates to 1963. The violations here are severe and in fact it appears basically universal.
I have no idea how the DOJ thought they'd get away with this indefinitely, but apparently they did think they would.
Well, not any more.
Now the question becomes if the government will not live to its own laws, what remains?

Tucker said there was no footage of Ashli Babbit getting shot. That is a lie as I remember seeing it on YouTube the week it happened before it was censored.

Tucker did not say that. That is false. He said (paraphrasing) that there was no other footage that would show anything different than what has already been seen.
I can confirm that. We watched it numerous times because it just looked odd.

I think we know what the DOJ will do. NOTHING AND WILL DENY WHAT IS ON VIDEO.
The bigger question is whether there is anyone left in the political class that will stand up and cry foul? Will we the people cry foul?
Seems that anymore that standing for the truth no longer matters.
The core legal problem for January 6 Trump supporters who got arrested is that 100% of the defense attorneys in Washington D.C. voted for and donated money to Joe Biden.
The D.C. criminal defense bar is politically corrupt - from top to bottom.
The closest they have come to making a defense argument is telling jurors and judges that Donald Trump deceived, or incited, their clients to commit unlawful acts of destruction and violence.
We are supposed to be moving on to the next crisis by now. All those damned rednecks got memories like an elephant. Remembering all the nit-picky things the libs do. Why cant they just get over it already.

So do attorneys previously cowed by professional ethics boards into shunning J6 defendants now appear and help them get their convictions overturned/guilty pleas recanted and set free from jail/prison?

There is footage of Babbit being shot. I believe that footage in from actual private citizens streaming that day. I was watching a stream and saw it happen.
It is possible Tucker is not lying when he says the video they are looking at does not show that.
I would think it has been removed before Tuckers crew ever saw that.

How much that was shown was actually new to you? I watched and very little was not already known. I learned they added crowd noise to videos to make it seem like something it wasn’t. Lying to congress is a crime. Congress lying is just how they opperate.
