That’s funny, not a big gizzard fan but the best fried chicken I ever had, besides Strouds in Kansas City Kansas and Moms was a gas station in Van Horn Texas. They had a sign out front that read “Diesel” fried chicken. Of course they meant truckers could fill up and get some good grub. Best fried bird ever, cooked in pressure fryers, delicious.

Broasted chicken is the only way to fly

I have no appetite for anything deep fried with thick breading. Yuck!

I prefer my fowl innards just wrapped in foil with BBQ sauce, spices, and Worcestershire and tossed on the grill
