I found an exceedingly good place to buy chicken liver dinners, with more well-cooked chicken livers and french fries than even I can eat at one sitting. It's a chain in Dallas/Ft Worth called "Sally's Chicken" and they cook the livers to perfection, with a little bit of crunch on the outside and tender centers. Every time we pass that way going north or south, we make sure that we stop and get us some.
