We all remember the Brunson case, yes? Petition for Rehearing denied, etc., etc. And I’m guessing everyone has heard that they plan to give it YET ANOTHER try . . , Kind of weird that the denial is no longer on the docket. It ends at “Distributed for conference 2/17/23”. Link below:

Probably means nothing. A little unusual, though.
I see:
Jan 23 2023 Petition for Rehearing filed.
Feb 01 2023 DISTRIBUTED for Conference of 2/17/2023.
Feb 21 2023 Rehearing DENIED.
It is unusual but not more than anything else going on. We need some major action “soon”.
