Sources said three elementary school-aged kids (a 6-year-old and two 5-year-olds) were found dead inside a home near Stafford Elementary School in the small Ellis County town on Friday afternoon.

Two other children (4-year-old and 13-month-old) were injured and were transported by helicopter to a local hospital with stab wounds. Their conditions are unknown.

Pregnant at 18 with one. Pregnant at 19 with twins. Pregnant at 20 with one and pregnant at 23 with one. Either she has not figured out how this works or she has figured out the welfare game. Probably the latter.

The whole welfare racket (and it's a whole bunch of "means tested" federaland state programs) needs overhauling. I would say collect all the programs under one roof (firing redundant bureaucrats), put a total limit, and a total lifetime limit.

A woman would get one "oops", and then further aid would be conditional on her getting her tubes tied.
