When are we going to institute the “Loser Pays” tort reform. If you haven’t got a good case you better sit down and shut up. But if you can prove your case then by all means make it and get your money. But if you lose your case then you pay all court costs and lawyer fees for BOTH sides. Including penalty multiplier points for personal, property and reputation losses.

Now that’s legislation i could get behind. That would put the lawyers out of business.

In a totally “blind” judicial system, that would work.

Unfortunately, there are judges that are corrupt, like emmet sullivan, that ignore the law.

Very soon after it is recognized that - as Officers of the Court - members of the bar are prohibited from holding political office. :)
