Who will serve and will be able to be confirmed by the Senate in a DJT second administration?
Without much study I would say that Pompeo and Nikki Haley would have a good chance of getting by a Senate as it is constituted today.
But of course the Senate is very unlikely to remain as it is and if a Republican wins the presidency it increases our chances of picking up a few seats in the Senate for the majority in which case, under the new rules for filibuster of nominees, the Republican should be able to get most of his choices through.
