I keep hearing about all this gut stuff.
Completely anecdotal.... I LOVE fermenting everything I can. I have a closet full of fermenting pickles, veggies, sauerkraut, kimchi. beets. kvas, and any other number of probiotic lacto ferments, I love them. I feel great eating them every day.
Me too. Homemade sauerkraut rocks! My granny taught me many, many moons ago.
Only recently I dove into kimchee. I put habaneros in mine.
