That “journal” is an imitation of an actual medical journal published by Oxford University Press.
It even gives itself a name virtually identical to the Oxford U. Press publication “Clinical & Experimental Immunology”.
But it’s not real, it’s a fake. The “Journal of Clinical & Experimental Immunology” is put out by some outfit called Opast Publishing Group.

When you follow the ISSN number it takes you here where there is no article nor any journal:

The authors of that “study” will know it’s not the real Oxord journal having virtually the same name. You didn’t and they are counting on that.

It’s a house (beautiful home ~ 3500 s.f.) in a large housing development.
BTW, that’s a great website on predatory publishing. Provides lots of good background.
