I suspect that higher blood levels of D3 will be more acceptable to clinicians as more and more benefits from higher intakes are discovered.

Important to take additional K2 and Mg, as these activate the hormone (it's not really a vitamin) and direct it to move Ca to the bones instead of the arteries.

K is especially important because it reduces excess vitamin d, and a lot of people take excess.
