Verdict is in on the double murder charges facing Alex Murdaugh. Pundits are opine he is guilty
since the wife’s phone was moving away from the house, after she was killed, at the same time as his on-star / phone gps puts him miles away but driving towards the house...
how’d they put him at the scene?
it would seem evidence directly supports the opposite
Power, privilege, embezzled millions from clients and law partners, insurance fraud, brutally executed his family, brazenly lied about it all. Pathological liar.
His voice is on SnapChat video time-stamped two minutes before the murders. Murdaugh repeatedly lied that he wasn't at the scene until he found the bodies 1.5 hours later. If Murdaugh didn't commit the murders, how did he know he needed to lie about being at the kennels at the time of the murders?
Murdaugh called 911 fourteen seconds after "finding" his dead wife and son at the kennel, based on OnStar and phone records. Fourteen seconds is too quick to call 911, unless he knew he was going to find the two bodies in the dark, several yards apart from each other.
time codes can be off especially in web services like ‘snapchat’.
cell tower data requires accurate (to the millisecond) time in order for triangulation to work properly.
unless on-star has their own time, it should be the same time pushed from the towers.
still not seeing how his car and phone were moving towards the house at the time the wife and kid are dead but the wife’s phone is traveling in the opposite direction.

You seem to have selectively chosen incomplete info to support your argument. There are other sources which support the times. Research the evidence yourself. A jury of his peers found him guilty on all counts.

The tripping over the dog was the excuse used in the 5 million lawsuit. No autopsy was done. Don’t blindly accept what a small county puts out as fact.
Wow—juror interviewed. He said that first round of polling, there were two Not Guilty, one not sure, and the rest voted Guilty. 45 minutes later they were unanimous for Guilty.
Hmm......not enough to charge him.
Yikes! Maybe they dug deeper into evidence or “guilty” were able to convince “not guilty”...interesting.

This man (defendant) has very poor judgment...like Dimocrats and other criminals.

This man solved his problems by manipulating events sometimes by killing; other times by intimidation.
I suspect, as a child, his parents did not discipline him...allowing him to lie. Scott Peterson (husband of victim Lacy) the same.

Good, he deserves the death penalty, but I guess this will do in today's day and age.

Wondering if they’ll even try him for all his other crimes?
The judge was remarkable. If I get in trouble, I hope I get him.
Judge Clifton Newman: “I am also assigned to preside over 99 others at least, 99 others. And the testimony has come up regarding those other cases. I will not make any comment with regard to any other pending matter as I have been assigned those cases as well.”

MM had male dna of someone other than AM under her fingernails, a caretaker could not be ruled out from the dna also hair in her hand that was not tested, the crime scene was destroyed by local LEOs first then SLED lied about dna. on top of that it rained.
The most unbelievable part was all the data on car and phone records and walking with your phone, it was insane...does this case make all that case law that is scary!
This was very small town linch mob....
