Under 55 lol, diet from what nowadays, organics from Whole Foods along with the rest of their offerings, non-gluten, more seed oil, crap load of soy, Mary Jane, and whatever fad..... Bring back lard and tallow, that should do the trick to make “colon” cancer spiking under 55 go away..

BTW, do you work for a hospital system with Life Insurance/retirement, etc... that is embedded with an investment group that demands a high ESG score to fund the darn things/monetary principles/investments? Then you better believe your ass (Pun intended) that they will substitute colon for colorectal if need be.
