It’s pretty easy to find probiotic supplements with various bifidobacterium in them, but an apparent way to increase Ruminococcus torques is through supplementing two other types of probiotic families: Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium longum, along with eating more resistant starches (apparently Type II and Type IV), from an intriguing source for a malady that needs the opposite of what this disease needs, which I’ll post next.

That should pretty much clean you COMPLETELY out.
(I had some ice by accident in central Philippines a few years ago, and I was CLEAN, I’m talking SQUEAKY clean after about 48 hours).
