Success! Glad the kitty is calming down.....although if a cat growled at me, rest assured I wouldn’t even attempt to pet her. You’re a brave soul....but then I’m not that much of a cat person anyway. Or dog, for that matter. I like them ok, but I would never want one. I think you have to love them to be good animal owners.
Funny though, I love all of the farm animals here lol. Likely because I don’t have to tend to them. I can just go out and pat the cows and sheep.....I don’t even mind that nasty old rooster since he got the daylights beat out of him by the other rooster. He’s been quite humble ever since lol.
It’s much better to not have a dog or cat if you know you don’t want to spend the time and patience to take care of them, then to do like some people and neglect or even abuse them.
I saw a video the other day about a cantankerous rooster that fell in love with a disabled chick and thought of your rooster.
