The interesting thing about rubles is that nobody knows what they are really worth because the current trading volume is so low.

In fact the ruble has increased in value since the start of the war. They won’t get anything by now, because their investments are reciprocally frozen. Once they get unfrozen they’d get it back with a huge bonus.
