An Obama judge quietly dropped the Consent Decree in the summer of 2018, just before the start of the openly rigged "elections" of 2018, 2020 and 2022.

My educated guess is that they figured they had the stooge-judges in place in the big cities to block any inquiry into the open rigging, and the Media was on board 110 percent.

The 2020 "election" was proof-of-concept.
