This was just after "judge" [Democrat Party stooge] Dickinson Debevoise effectively legalized Democrat vote fraud in the big cities of America with the Consent Decree of 1982.
Beryl Howell was in on the ground floor of the Democrat Party destruction of America.
Since 1982, the Consent Decree had been renewed every year by the original judge, Carter appointee District Judge Dickinson R. Debevoise, who, even after he retired, returned every year for the sole purpose of renewing his 1982 order for another year. Debevoise died in August 2015.
It is incredible the amount of low life trash that has been appointed to the Federal bench over the last few years. Jerks like this sleazy politically appointed are unhireable in the real world of private practice if she had to open a law book and actually understand it.
