me too...slept poorly...have a fan going every single night...wear a cpap...comfy bed...dark..no tv in bedroom....I take an OTC sleep aid and also mg sulfate before bed and ashwaganda ...

nothing really helps lately....

I'm going to try my dtrs cbd "relaxer" at some time.

If I had trouble sleeping I would try to be more physically active during the day.

I bet the slaves who built the Pyramids slept well at night.

Try liquid tincture mugwort. On Amazon. They also have mugwort tea, if you are so inclined.
