Do we know when or if this money went thru Congress ?
Remember all the screaming by the left when President Trump LEGALLY spent money from the defense budget on building the border wall? They all went ballistic. It was a small fraction of what they are diverting to Ukraine. Yet nobody is going ballistic over this.
